Paul is one of the founding members of HSF and qualified as a solicitor in 1973. He has a wealth of experience in trusts, residential and commercial conveyancing, wills, probates and probate and a broad knowledge of private client matters. He also has a specialisation in charity law (including churches).
Adrian Vigden (Associate Solicitor)
Adrian qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and is a long standing member of the HSF team. He has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing, wills and probate, court of protection work and power of attorney.
Legal Support
Our legal support team consist of Lesley Bascombe, Tracy Horlock and Patricia Garnham who between them have over 60 years of legal support experience.
We contract in specialist services for support in these areas which are headed up by Paul Harvey who is the appointed compliance office with the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
